Mealsphere Support
Mealsphere is a local-first private menu library and meal recommendation app. This page explains how to get help, manage subscriptions, and troubleshoot common issues.

Email us at lendfuz524@gmail.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive personal information or payment details.
Common Help Topics
- Menu recognition: If cloud recognition is unavailable, you can continue with on-device recognition and edit results before saving.
- Subscription: Menu AI Recognition is managed through Apple App Store. You can purchase, restore, cancel, or manage subscriptions from the app or your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Location: Location Information is optional and only used in the foreground for mealsphere switching prompts, map setup, and distance-aware hurry recommendations.
- Local data: Mealspheres, frequent places, dishes, ratings, and history are stored locally by default. You can export or clear local data in Settings.
Billing and Refunds
All subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store. To request a refund or manage your subscription, use Apple's purchase history or subscription management pages.
